In the first year, students are taught 4 units of the Diplomacy major, in which they learn culture sensitivity, formal\/informal communication, journalism, etc. In the second year, they are introduced to Conflict Resolution involving personal,group, national and international conflicts. They also learn the elements of building an argument and negotiation skills. In the last year, they are participating in a leadership project and learn about international relations. The candidates should possess a higher level of written and spoken English skills. Candidates need to be ready to participate in oral presentations which are essential to the elective. The studies in the major are developing interpersonal communicatiin skills oral and written presentation skills in English, conflict resolution stategies.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
